Reese Witherspoon’s dash cam arrest footage is now live, released first by TMZ early Friday. The footage shows the actress being handcuffed and led into a police vehicle and her husband Jim Toth notably telling the officer, “I had nothing to do with that.”
Back in April the Oscar winning actress and her husband were arrested in Atlanta. Witherspoon was charged with interfering with the arrest of her husband, while he was arrested on a drunken driving charge.
The couple were bailed out hours later.
Witherspoon released an officially statement on her arrest a day later:
“I clearly had one drink too many and I am deeply embarrassed about the things I said. It was definitely a scary situation and I was frightened for my husband, but that is no excuse. I was disrespectful to the officer who was just doing his job. The words I used that night definitely do not reflect who I am. I have nothing but respect for the police and I’m very sorry for my behavior.”

Teachers at a Roman Catholic school have been accused of undermining pupils’ respect for them after they filmed a spoof of the viral sensation Gangnam Style. The video is posted on YouTube with the caption, “You will never see our staff in the same light again!”

Below are some of the comments from the schools official Facebook page.
One mother said it was “hilarious” but added: “How will I keep a straight face on parents evening?”, while a pupil noted: “I will never look at my teachers the same again.”
Peter Britcliffe, a local Conservative district and county councillor, said: “I am not a killjoy but I have looked at the piece, which is being discussed all over Accrington. It is the talk of the town’s young people.
“Having viewed it myself, while most of it is just good fun, there are parts of it certainly that might not improve the respect there should be between teachers and pupils.”

The X Factor eliminated two acts and determined its Top 8 second-season finalist acts Thursday night during the Fox reality singing competition’s live results show.
Credit: FOX
Arin Ray and Beatrice Miller were ousted from the competition after The X Factor co-hosts Khloe Kardashian and Mario Lopez revealed they were at the bottom of the leaderboard based on home viewer votes cast immediately following Wednesday night’s Top 10 performance show.
Ray, a 17-year-old from Cincinnati, OH, was automatically eliminated without any discussion or voting from The X Factor judges after the singer was declared the tenth-place act with the least amount of votes. Ray was in judge Britney Spears‘ “Teens” category.
“You know, I think you should just take this as a learning experience and this isn’t the last people are going to hear from you,” Spears told Ray following his elimination.
Miller, a 13-year-old from Maplewood, NJ, was sent home by judges Spears, Simon Cowell,L.A. Reid, and Demi Lovato via a 3-1 vote instead of fellow contestant Cece Frey, a 21-year-old from Decatur, IL, after both girls were revealed to be the two next lowest vote-getters. Miller was a member of Spears’ category, while Frey is one of the artists who represents Lovato’s “Young Adults” category.
“Sweetheart, you are so young. You have so far to go. This is just the beginning for you, and the song you sang tonight was excruciating and hard, and you’re a true star in my eyes and you will always be,” Spears told Miller upon her ouster.
“I just want to tell my sister that I love them and I’m sorry,” Miller said.
As the two remaining bottom-three acts, Miller and Frey were required to “sing for their survival” in the hopes The X Factor judges would vote to keep them on the show. After the acts performed, the judges offered them feedback and then cast their votes for whom they believed should be eliminated from the competition.
In the event of a 2-2 tie, it would be a deadlock and the act who had received the lower amount of home viewer votes would automatically be eliminated.
“The act that I’m sending home is Beatrice Miller,” Lovato announced.
“The act I’m going to have to send home is Cece,” Spears said.
It then became time for the two impartial judges to reveal their decision.
“Well, there’s nothing easy about this. This is a very, very tough call, and I wouldn’t have imagined either of them being in the bottom at this point in the competition. Ugh, you’ve both had good nights, you both have had bad nights. But, the act that I’m sending home is Beatrice Miller,” Reid explained.
“You know what? Beatrice, I liked you from the beginning, but I think this is all getting too much for you. Cece, you’ve been in the bottom a lot. Beatrice, I don’t think this is the right time for you right now, sweetheart. I’m going to send you home,” Cowell noted.
At the end of last night’s broadcast, Lopez and Kardashian announced the order of which the remaining finalist acts had finished based upon the number of home viewer votes they had received after Wednesday night’s performance show. Eighth place received the least amount of votes, while first place earned the most.
Lopez and Kardashian revealed the results starting from eighth place, which obviously went to Frey. Fifth Harmony finished in seventh place. Sixth place went to Paige Thomas, a 22-year-old from San Antonio, TX. Diamond White, a 13-year-old from Los Angeles, CA, finished in fifth place, while Emblem 3 landed in fourth.
Third place went to Vino Alan, a 40-year-old from Laquey, MO, who has claimed the third spot since the leaderboard rankings were first introduced.
Carly Rose Sonenclar, a 13-year-old from Mamaroneck, NY, and Tate Stevens, a 37-year-old from Raymore, MO, were revealed to be the week’s Top 2 acts for the third time in a row. Stevens finished in second place, while Sonenclar claimed the number one top spot for the first time this season.
In addition to Frey, Thomas is the other remaining act in Lovato’s “Young Adults” category. White and Sonenclar are the remaining members of Spears’ “Teens” category. Stevens and Alan are the remaining artists in Reid’s “Over 25s” category, while Cowell’s “Groups” category still features Emblem 3 and Fifth Harmony.
In a performance that’s sure to hit the history books, MC Hammer and Korean pop sensation PSY joined forces at the American Music Awards to perform dance craze “Gangnam Style,” which is the biggest song in the world right now.
The duo closed out the show and went “Gangnam” all the while wearing ‘iconic Hammer pants.

The hilarious video has currently been viewed over 767 million times on YouTube, and it is currently the second most-watched video on YouTube; Justin Bieber’s “Baby” which is still number one.
We are so speechless — a bagel head…really?! When thinking of body modification, one general conjures up images of tattoos and piercings …right? Well those options are apparently too mainstream for some.
In Tokyo, forehead saline injections which basically make you look like a mini-bagel has been inserted between your skin and your skull — are the current body modification craze.
The video below shows three people getting their bagel-head on..literally.
After the bulge is created, the artist manipulates it with his fingers, creating an indentation with his thumb. “That’s the part that becomes the climax, the finish,” explains the artist as onlookers clap and coo with delight.
“Cute!” says one woman. “Sweet, buttery bagels,” says a man. “I look delicious.” Take a peek at the video below and be sure to leave a comment.
According to reports, Roundfield’s wife became distressed while swimming off of Baby Beach and Roundfield tried to assist her. The Aruba Herald reported that witnesses saw the woman return to shore but that Roundfield was taken out to sea. Authorities found Roundfield’s body under some rocks, the Herald reported.
Dan Roundfield played six seasons for the Hawks - from 1978-79 to 1983-84. He was named to All-Star teams in 1980, '81 and '82 and was second-team All-NBA in 1979-80. (AP)
A police spokesman in Aruba told the Associated Press that Roundfield and his wife went beyond a protected reef area and got caught up in rough waters. The couple were vacationing at the Renaissance Resort.
“It’s a real tragedy,” the spokesman, John Larmonie, told the AP. “He drowned saving his wife.”
“He was a real sweet guy,” Julia Roundfield told the AP. “He really was a sweetheart.”
Roundfield’s survivors include his wife, Bernie, sons Corey and Christopher, and their grandchildren.
Roundfield, 59, played six seasons for the Hawks from 1978-79 to 1983-84. He was named to All-Star teams in 1980, ‘81 and ‘82 and was second-team All-NBA in 1979-80. Roundfield also was voted to the All-Defensive team in five of his 12 NBA seasons.
In a 2006 interview with the Hawks’ Web site, Roundfield said he worked in marketing for an environmental engineering company. He said his favorite NBA memories included making the playoffs in his first season with the Hawks and playing alongside Hawks legend Dominique Wilkins.
The 1978-79 Hawks, coached by Hubie Brown, earned the franchise’s first playoff series victory since 1969-70 by defeating Houston. The Hawks lost a seven-game series to the Washington Bullets in the conference semifinals; Roundfield, in the Website interview, said the Hawks “probably should have beat” the Bullets.
“Danny was the most honest and upfront person I knew, and I’m very stunned at hearing the news of his death,” Wilkins, now a Hawks vice president, said in a statement released by the team. “Danny’s one of my closest friends and he was a tremendous influence on my NBA career, on and off the court. He taught me how to be a professional and took me under his wing. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family, I will truly miss him.”
Danny Solomon, a Hawks ball boy during Roundfield’s final season with the Hawks, said Roundfield still lived in the Atlanta area. Solomon said Roundfield was “the nicest dude in the world,” a personality that contrasted with his physical playing style.
“Strong as an ox,” Solomon said. “Back then, all the centers were very, very strong. That’s back when it was ‘real’ basketball and if you tried to go to the hole against a guy like Roundfield, you would go straight down to the floor. He was known for being really rough. He was a stud down low.”
The Cavaliers selected Roundfield in the second round of the 1975 draft after the Detroit native starred at Central Michigan University. The Hawks signed Roundfield as a free agent before the 1978-79 season. In the summer of 1984 Atlanta traded Roundfield to the Pistons for Cliff Levingston, Antoine Carr and two draft picks.

No, he’s not Tebowing and he isn’t looking for his contact lens. San Diego Chargers kicker Nick Novak(notes) is doing exactly what you think he’s doing under cover of Gatorade jug and towel on the team’s sideline.
I guess when you’ve gotta go, you’ve gotta go, even if that’s when your team is driving late in the fourth quarter for a potential game-winning field goal that you’ll have to kick. Especially then.
MORE VIDEOS OF THE WEEK – HERE
Novak didn’t get a chance to kick the field goal in regulation but had a shot to win the game in overtime. His 53-yard attempt was short and wide and the Chargers ended up losing a key division game to the Denver Broncos. The loss severely hurts San Diego’s playoff chances and could signal the beginning of the end for coach Norv Turner. It’s not all bad though; if the Chargers had won, Nick and Norv ran the risk of getting a Gatorade shower.
