Michelle Obama dons a Jason Wu design… again. Yes, the New York-based designer is responsible for the ruby chiffon and velvet inaugural gown everyone’s talking about….which just happens to be our Celebrity Pic of the Day.

The designer also created a piece for Michelle some four years ago at her inaugural debut, a beautiful shoulder barring gown — creme in color. (see below)
