Commemorating the NBA All-Star Weekend festivities rapper Lil Wayne took some time to come clean on a couple indiscretions and the exact reason he was allegedly banned from all NBA events at the request of the Miami Heat.

Well the hip hop star explains it all live on stage in Houston on Sunday night at the Beats By Dre after party. Weezy let it be known that he was not pleased with the Heat organization:

“When I say f-ck you say NBA.. When I say f-ck you say the Miami Heat.”

“You let them ni–as know I’m from the streets so this ain’t no Twitter beefin or no online beef, just take it to the motherf–king streets, ni–a. F–k all them ni–as. F–k LeBron, f–k She-Wade, f–k Chris Bosh, f–k all them ni–as, man. And, and, and, I f–ked Chris Bosh wife,” Wayne said.

Jim Jones Arrested on Disorderly Conduct Charges and Evading Arrest | Hip Hop News

On Wednesday Rapper Jim Jones, 37, was arrested on disorderly conduct charges and according to North Jersey.com he attempted to evade arrest.

Jones who was being questioned by police officials regarding a vehicle being towed at his home allegedly got upset when police asked about outstanding warrants for things like failure to shovel a sidewalk and failing to yield to an emergency vehicle.

The rapper denied the existence of the warrants, provided false information to the officer and attempted to walk away when he was immediately placed under arrest, according to the police report.

He was taken into custody where he later posted bail. Jones is due in court on February 27th.

‘Buckwild’ cast member Salwa Amin arrested on drug charges

Twenty-four-year-old “Buckwild” reality star, Salwa Amin was arraigned Monday outside of West Virginia on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. She is being held at the Central Regional Jail on $200,000 bond according to public record.

State police said a multi-agency task force arrested Amin and two others late Sunday at a home in Summersville after receiving a tip that a “shipment” would be delivered to the home in Nicholas County sometime on Sunday.

The chief says they observed a lot of foot traffic coming in and out of the house — and says the people were only staying for very brief periods of time … so they immediately obtained a search warrant, and then launched the raid, this according to TMZ.

MTV spokeswoman Candice Ashton says the network doesn’t have any comment.

Frank Ocean doesn’t want to press charges against Chris Brown in fight

On Saturday Frank Ocean wrote on his Tumblr page that he has no plans to seek criminal charges against Chris Brown over a fight that occurred last month. “No criminal charges. No civil lawsuit. Forgiveness, albeit difficult, is wisdom,” he wrote.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said in a statement reported by The Associated Press that they were looking into an incident that occurred outside the Westlake Recording Studios where witnesses said that six men had been involved in a fight over a parking space. “The altercation allegedly led to Chris Brown punching the victim, which happened to be Ocean,” the statement said.

Authorities said initially that Ocean wanted to press charges against Brown.

Brown is serving a five-year probation sentence after pleading guilty to assaulting fellow R&B star and former girlfriend Rihanna on the eve of the 2009 Grammy awards.

Jason London defecates in cop car after being arrested for alleged bar fight

On a night I am sure he hadn’t predicted, actor Jason London was arrested on assault charges and disorderly conduct after a bar fight in Arizona on Tuesday. Upon arriving on the scene police officials called paramedics due to the lacerations on London’s face.

According to the police report obtained by E! News, London, displayed “extreme signs of alcohol impairment,” and started cursing at the paramedics.

Officer D. Ford states in the report that London tried to shove another officer, who then kneed the actor’s outer right thigh to get him to sit down. After London had ultimately refused medical treatment, Ford says that he tried to question the actor, to which he replied, “F–k you! You won’t do s–t for me, you f–king hillbilly!”

Once in the back seat of the cop car London told the officer, “it smells like s**t in your car and your breath smells like diarrhea.” According to the police report, Jason then leaned to the left and crapped in his pants. Jason then said, “I told you I’m happy as s**t,” this according to the report.

The 40-year-old actor took to Twitter to share his side of the story:

“I would never say or do the crap they are reporting,” he said in the message on Tuesday. “Have faith in me. The truth will come out and you will see. Some guy thought I was hitting on his girl and had me jumped. My wife was in the next room, had no idea what even happened. I hate Arizona, he Tweeted.

London is married to actress Sofia Karstens.

Purportedly, the police officer called Sofia to inform her of her husband’s arrest, to which she replied, “I know he’s an a**hole when he drinks,” and insisted that he would never assault anyone on purpose.

There goes his alibi. [shruggs]

Police said London was at the Martini Ranch bar in the Phoenix suburb of Scottsdale on Sunday when an unidentified person complained London had sneezed on him and the person asked him to apologize.

Instead of apologizing, London punched the person, the report from Scottsdale police said. He was escorted out by bouncers and during that time he hit them, leading the security guards to “defend themselves” against London, it added.

A 26-year-old Martini Ranch bouncer, whose name was not released, was listed by police as a victim in the incident. London was charged with assault with intent to injure and disorderly conduct, the report said.”London showed obvious signs and symptoms of extreme alcohol impairment,” one of the responding officers wrote in the report.

London’s reps released a statement today, Wednesday, January 30th claiming that club bouncers used “excessive force” during the incident:

“Bars are institutions where there are drunk people who are sometimes inappropriate and even violent. It is the bouncers’ job to remove the problem and if it is necessary, to use force in order to secure the safety of the establishment and patrons. It is not acceptable to retaliate with brutality once that has been accomplished.”

The cause of the incident is still unclear per London’s reps:

“In the midst of having a good time, Jason does remember one of the guys saying something about Jason looking at his friend’s girl wrong and grabbing and dragging him. The next thing Jason remembers was coming to with the cops arresting him,” the statement reads.

Sharon Osbourne is calling Lady Gaga out in a open letter, calling her a ‘hypocritical jerk’ who encourages her fans to harass her daughter, Kelly Osbourne.

The chief Osbourne is responding to a letter Gaga wrote to Kelly that was posted on her official website whereas Gaga called Kelly a “bully” who unfairly picks on celebrities on her reality TV show, “Fashion Police.”

Joan Rivers has also jumped on the Osbourne bandwagon calling Gaga a “bully in crazy clothing who needs to lighten up.”

The women decided to defend Kelly after Gaga posted the letter on her website that also stated “the daughter of rocker Ozzy Osbourne had chosen a less compassionate path in life.”

“You work on E! with ‘Fashion Police’ is rooted in criticism, judgment and rating people’s beauty against one another. Your show breeds negativity. It glorifies you and Joan Rivers pointing in the camera, laughing and making jokes about artists and celebrities as if we are zoo animals,” Gaga wrote.

Gaga urged Kelly to take responsibility for her actions and said she wrote her letter after someone in Kelly’s camp asked for help with her fans.

Sharon responded with her own letter on Facebook calling Gaga a “hypocrite.”

Ms. Gaga

I am responding to your open letter to my daughter Kelly and I m perplexed as to why you would go public with an open letter. Regarding this current situation; Kelly didn’t contact you, I was the one that contacted your manager today and the email is attached below for your reference.

I reached out to him as Kelly’s manager and mother to ask him if you could address your “little monster” fans and stop them from writing libelous, slanderous and vile comments about my family including death threats to Kelly. Your open letter is hypocritical and full of contradictions. And as your mother Cynthia supports you, I support my daughter Kelly. I must say your opinions on what is politically correct and acceptable totally differ from mine, but that is what makes the world so
interesting… we are all different. How sweet that you have empathy for my daughter as you feel that she has taken a less passionate path in life. You say her work on E! with the Fashion Police is “rooted in criticism, judgment, and rating people’s beauty against one another.”

Welcome to the real world.

Example, when I saw you wear a dress made out of raw meat, I was sickened. When I see you wearing fur and you use it as a fashion statement, that defenseless animals have been killed so you can get your picture in the press is abhorrent to me. Shouldn’t you be teaching your “little monster” fans to respect animals and life? I don’t feel I have to justify Kelly’s choices in life to you.

By your actions to Kelly right now, you have shown me that you are nothing more than a publicly seeking hypocrite and an attention seeker. You know it would have been much more dignified of you to do this privately. I am calling you a bully because you have 32 million followers hanging on your every word and you are criticizing Kelly in your open letter. Are you so desperate that you needed
to make this public?

You state “Everyday, through my music and public voice I choose to be positive and work towards a kinder and braver world with our community of followers.” Well this obviously is not translating well to your fans as a large portion of them, not only have been vile to Kelly but also other celebrities such as Madonna, Adele and Rihanna. “You say a kinder, braver world” I don’t know what world you live in but supporting disgraceful fan comments doesn’t fall under the words “kinder and braver” it comes under the heading of bullsh*t.

In closing, stop wearing fur, stop looking for publicity and stop using your fans to belittle not just Kelly but an endless stream of celebrities. A word from you would stop all this hideous, negative and vile threats from your “little monsters.” Let me know if you want to continue this debate. I’m an open playing field for you my darling.

Report: Comedian Katt Williams arrested in Los Angeles

It’s beginning to look like someone has it in for Katt Williams — as the comedian was arrested once again on Tuesday in Woodland Hills, Calif., after he failed to show up for a court date in Sacramento, according to the Los Angeles Times.

This marks his seventh arrest in the last two years.

Williams was due to appear in court for the November incident in which he drove a three-wheeler up on a sidewalk and failed to stop for police. Los Angeles police were aware of the bench warrant and took him into custody.

Williams, 51, whose real name is Micah Sierra Williams, was taken into custody on Tuesday and was held on $100,500 bail.

‘Criminal Minds’ actor Thomas Gibson arrested on suspicion of DUI

Actor Thomas Gibson, 50, was arrested early Sunday on suspicion of driving under the influence after being stopped for driving through an area that had been blocked off for a marathon, police officials report. Officials stopped and advised Gibson he couldn’t drive through the area, the actor continued on — despite the warning.

Gibson was arrested at 1:05 a.m. at 11th Street and Grand Avenue in downtown L.A., Los Angeles according to the report. He was booked and released on $15,000 bail. His court date is scheduled for Jan. 31.

Josh Brolin Arrested for Public Intoxication

Actor Josh Brolin, 44, was arrested for public intoxication on Jan. 1, TMZ reports.

Law-enforcement officials told the site that the star was taken into custody just before midnight in Santa Monica, Calif. He was booked into jail a few minutes after 3:00 a.m., and then released four hours later on a $250 bail.

This is the third arrest for Brolin in the last decade. In December 2004, he was charged with battery when his wife, Diane Lane, called the police during an altercation between the two. Four years later, he was arrested again after a bar fight in Louisiana. In both cases, the charges were dropped.

Justin Bieber Speaks Out Amidst Drug Photos

Days after a pics surfaced allegedly depicting pop sensation Justin Bieber smoking what appeared to be marijuana, the singer delivered a message to his fans.

“Everyday growing and learning. Trying to be better,” Bieber tweeted on Saturday, this after TMZ posted photos of the singer at a hotel party on January 2nd with what looked like a blunt in his hand.

Bieber was reportedly hanging out with his friend Lil Twist and Twist’s brother, who is said to have supplied the pot, in Newport Beach, California. Sources told the site that the singer’s security was actually present at the party.

“Back on tour tomorrow. Ready to see u all smile. Time to do what I’m supposed to be doing. Performing,” he added.

Bieber thanked his Belieber‘s for their support through “new challenges.” “I see all of u. I hear all of u. I never want to let any of you down. I love u and thank u,” he wrote.

“Like I said… 2013… new challenges. New doubters… I’m ready. We are ready.”

Fantasia Slams Media Following Anti Gay Marriage Backlash

Singer Fantasia Barrino is lashing out at media over comments she made on Instagram, in-which she claims were “taken out of context,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.

”Now I’m angry,” the American Idol winner wrote. “My whole team is gay, my manager is gay, middle finger up to those who [speak] to destroy me. It won’t work.”

Let’s recap a bit:

Barrino’s remarks were originally viewed as anti-gay when she wrote, “I Rise ABOVE IT ALL!!! THE WORLD IS GONE MAD. KIDS, THE GOVERNMENT THE church House… Everybody Trying!!!!!!! Its a lot that going on that the Bible speaks about we should Not be doing. Weed legal in some places, Gay Marriage Legal BUT YET IM JUDGED!!! I’m not doing Nothing for you… My Life!!!!”

She later released a statement through her management that her words were taken “out of context.”

“My statement was to those who sit back and try to judge me,” she continued. “Can’t go in on me about the bible… Cause nothing is like the bible now… That’s all I meant. I don’t judge anybody because I don’t want to be judged. The gay community is one of my largest supporters. I support the gay community as they support me. Bloggers please stop misrepresenting the facts,” she said.

“I don’t care who gets married or who you lay with, hang with or want to be like,” she said. “It’s your life live it. Now go ahead take this and turn it around but i’m still here cause Got put me here. Check my spelling and my grammer [sic] whatever you need to do. This is sad and im done with this media stuff.”

Fantasia’s latest single, “Lose to Win,” is currently making the rounds on radio and hits iTunes on Jan. 8.

Frank Ocean Busted For Marijuana Possession

TMZ is reporting singer Frank Ocean, 25, was pulled over in Mono County, CA for speeding and inadvertently busted for marijuana possession on New Years eve. Law enforcement officials said that Ocean was driving 90 mph in a 65 mph zone, and upon approaching his vehicle officers noticed the smell of marijuana coming from the car. Ocean was reportedly cited and released on the spot, but his license was confiscated.

You can count on Kathy Griffin to push the envelope when she co-hosts CNN’s New Year’s Eve show from Times Square. And last night was no exception.

This year’s special moment had to do with Anderson Cooper’s “sack.”

A few minutes into the broadcast, Cooper brought up a Twitter follower’s comments that there could be a drinking game whenever he giggled at Griffin’s jokes.

“I’m going to tickle your sack,” Griffin declared. “You can say sack (on air). That’s not bad.”

Cooper said: “I don’t know what you’re talking about. I have no sack of gifts here. A sack of Christmas presents. I did not bring a sack of Christmas presents.”

Cracked Griffin, “You’re calling your privates your Christmas presents.”

But the witty repartee didn’t end there. Just after midnight, Cooper cut to a report by correspondent Gary Tuchman from Eastport, Maine, where the town’s custom is to kiss an 8-foot sardine after it has dropped from the top of a building.

When the camera came back to Griffin and Cooper, she stooped to kiss his crotch.

“Did you drop something?” he asked.

“No, I was kissing your sardine,” she answered.

“I can do it again,” Griffin said kneeling. “I can do this all night long.”

“No, sweetie,” said an uncomfortable Cooper, lifting her back to her feet.

“You know you want to,” she said.

“Believe me, I really don’t,” Cooper said as he once again pulled her upright.

Things are not looking good for Katt Williams going into 2013.

The embattled comedian has been arrested, yet again, this time for child endangerment.

Los Angeles Police picked up Williams at his Woodland Hills home this morning (12-28) after an investigation from the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services concluded there were numerous guns and illegal drugs in the home which created a safety hazard for the children, this according to E! News.

Williams is being held at the LAPD’s Valley Jail in Van Nuys with a bail set at $100,000. Williams’ rep have made no comment as this time.

All this taking place shortly after news media outlets learned of a demand via the IRS for more than $4 million in unpaid taxes to the IRS, from 2007, 2008 and 2010, this according to TMZ. The gossip site is also reporting that Williams is still in custody and the children have been placed in protective custody.

It definitely appears that Katt needs a serious intervention, we hope the judge see’s this, and offers him the professional help he needs…not jail time. Hopefully he can get that fresh start he so desperately needs.

Nick Stahl arrested on suspicion of lewd conduct

According to a LAPD police report Nick Stahl was arrested on suspicion of lewd conduct at an adult movie store in Hollywood on Thursday.

The same unit arrested actor Fred Willard in July at the Tiki Theater off of Santa Monica Blvd. Willard was told he could avoid a criminal trial if he completed a diversion program, wonder if the same will apply for Stahl.

The Los Angeles City Attorney’s office on Friday was said to be reviewing whether to file a misdemeanor charge against Stahl, who appeared in “Terminator 3″ among other movies. This is the latest problem for the embattled actor.

Back in May he disappeared, prompting a search for him on skid row by the LAPD.

His family told police that Stahl had a history of frequenting skid row, and LAPD officials said officers who work the downtown beat were given copies of his photo and told to keep an eye out for him. He eventually turned up.

KEVIN Federline’s brother Christopher is sensationally alleging that he is the father of ex-sister-in-law Britney Spears’ eldest son.

Kevin Federline’s brother Christopher Federline has filed court docs in an attempt to get a restraining order against his ex sister-in-law Britney Spears, claiming he is the father of 7-year-old Sean Preston Federline, NOT Kevin – and to top all of this off the petition states that Spears is using the fact to blackmail him.

The paper work was filed in Tampa, Florida and claims The X Factor judge recently stole his credit card, then charged more than $4,500 at a comic book store and threatened to expose him as Sean Preston’s father if he went to the police.

“I do confess I slept with Britney and I am the true father,” Federline contends in the filing, in which he also says in part that Spears is “out of control and a maniac.”

Spears was married to Kevin Federline in October 2004 and filed for divorce in November 2006, not quite two months after Sean Preston was born.

Randy Travis Pleads Not Guilty to Assault Charge against his Girlfriend

Country singer Randy Travis has pleaded not guilty to an assault charge against his girlfriend Mary Beougher, and her estranged husband, according to WFFA – TV.

Plano, Texas police issued Travis a citation for class C assault outside Prestonwood Baptist Church in August, and on Friday, the Grammy-Award-Winner told his fans to be skeptical of recent accusations against him. In Friday’s hearing, Travis entered his plea and asked the judge for a jury trial. His attorney said the singer was merely trying to defend his girlfriend and another woman.

Travis was ordered to appear for trial March 11 in Plano.

“He wished everyone a Merry Christmas, a Happy New Year and safe travels,” Travis’ lawyer, Larry Friedman, told reporters after Friday’s hearing.

Friedman said Travis was the Good Samaritan in the story because he intervened in what appeared to be a family dispute that went sour.

The Dallas Morning News said early accounts of the incident indicated Travis was drunk at the time, but police later discounted that report.

On the other hand, Travis was considered the aggressor in the matter and that the parties who were arguing included Travis’ fiance, her daughter and her estranged husband, according to TMZ.
