Snooki Delivers a bouncy Baby Boy!

Reality star Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi gave birth to baby boy, Lorenzo Dominic LaValle, at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, N.J., just before 3 a.m. Sunday. It’s the first baby for Snooki and her fiancé, Jionni LaValle.

Polizzi’s rep announced earlier today, “Lorenzo Dominic LaValle has entered the world, weighing 6 pounds, 5 ounces. Nicole, Jionni and Enzo are doing great!”

Snooki also shared her baby news on twitter to her fans: “I am SO IN LOVE with my son Lorenzo Dominic ! I had my little man last night, healthy at 6lbs! HE’S MY WORLD! ❤”

MTV congratulated Polizzi and her fiance:

“We couldn’t be happier for Nicole and Jionni on the healthy delivery of their baby boy!,” MTV said in a statement. “We look forward to Lorenzo’s first trip to the Jersey Shore and can’t wait to see his first animal print onesie.”

MTV has said it’s bringing “Jersey Shore” back for a sixth season, with the 24-year-old Snooki as part of the action, but has declined to offer specifics on how big a part Snooki will play in the show about hard-partying Italian-American friends.

8/25/2012 (Los Angeles) Reality TV star Snooki, of the hit show Jersey Shore is reportedly in labor at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ. according to the New York Daily News. Fiancé and baby daddy Jionni LaVelleon is said to be by her side.

Yes, little Lorenzo will be here any minute!

“Snooki is in labor y’all,” a tweeter tweeted. “My friend’s mom works at St. Barnabas in Livingston, NJ and Snooki is there having her baby lol.”

Snooki, an avid tweeter gave no immediate indication of anything unusual.

The spunky 24 year old reality personality announced her pregnancy and engagement in March.

Snooki pregnancy reports cloud MTV ‘Jersey Shore’ spinoff

There’s going to be a lot less gym and tanning — and way more laundry — if the latest reports are true and Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi of MTV’s “Jersey Shore” is indeed pregnant.

SNOOKI LIED – SHE’S PREGGERS shouts the headline on a New York Post story, which adds that the, um, development has plunged network executives into “crisis mode” over the future of a now-filming “Jersey Shore” spinoff that stars Snooki and Jenni “JWoww” Farley. TMZ and E! are also reporting the pregnancy as “confirmed.”

The 24-year-old reality TV starlet, known for her hard-partying ways, is reportedly planning to drop the news formally soon via a weekly magazine spread. In early February, she denied pregnancy rumors during an appearance on “Good Morning America,” but the Post reports she’s three or four months along and the father is her current flame Jionni LaValle.

MTV’s concern is understandable. The “Jersey Shore” franchise has revitalized the network, and Snooki is at the center of it. A baby would seriously cramp the Snooki M.O., which involves getting falling-down drunk and losing her underwear at just about every nightclub outing. But with the right adjustments, the new “Shore” spinoff might be turned from “Sex & the City” into “Up All Night.”

One thing’s certain: The pregnancy news is causing Twitter to explode.

“Snooki is pregnant,” tweeted one wag. “So, the Mayans were right after all.”

“Snooki is pregnant and the Republican candidates suddenly switch their positions on abortion,” offered another.

Yet another found little chance that an infant would cause the “Jersey Shore” star to mend her ways. “I bet Snooki is still drinking,” the fan wrote.

Jersey Shore’s Snooki Bisexual ?

Jersey Shore cast member Snooki aka Nicole Polizzi recently got candid about her sexuality in a interview with The Huffington Post. She also hinted that The Situation may be gay. J-Woww also chimed in.

“His posture and the way he holds his cigarettes” as indicators that he may be gay.

“I can’t confirm or deny with Mike, but if he was, it would all make sense,” J-Woww said.

Added Snooki: “He told me one time, ‘(All the talk is) making me wonder.’ ”

Snooki, confidently boasted of her own sexuality.

“I would consider myself bi. I’ve done stuff with girls before,” she said. “But I would never be with a girl because I like … penis. But I’ve experimented. I’m not ashamed of anything I do on the show and neither are my parents. My mom was innocent, but my dad was really bad,” she explained of their leniency and acceptance. “And if I was 16 I might worry about it, but we’re grown. So it’s like, deal with it.”

The pair, who have their own spinoff already in the works, said they’re looking forward to showing America more of their version of reality.

“I think we’re more like men because we do show our sexuality and burp and fart,” J-Woww quipped.

“When it comes to sex, I’m definitely a guy,” Snooki agreed.

‘Jersey Shore’ season five premiere recap

‘He’s like Mike times 10 … It’s not attractive,’ Snooki tells MTV News.

In the season five premiere, “Jersey Shore” picks up right where it left off, bringing nothing but drama. But this time, it was brought by someone from outside the house: Jonny “The Unit.”

During the premiere episode on Thursday, Mike “The Situation” introduces us to his b

est friend, who wasted no time stirring up tension among Snooki, her boyfriend Jionni and Mike.

” ‘The Unit’ is another part of Mike,” Deena told MTV News. “He’s like Mike’s unit, it’s kind of unreal. He kind of, like, gives Mike more ‘umph’ to be, like, a jerk.”

Snooki added, “He’s like Mike times 10, so it’s, like, gross, gross, gross. It’s not attractive.”

In the season five kickoff, the housemates immediately go from the cobblestone streets of Florence to the boardwalk of Seaside, New Jersey. To celebrate their big return, the crew is given a surprise homecoming party, which brought out everyone’s friends and family.

Yet the celebration quickly turned sour when “The Unit” threatened to tell Snooki’s boyfriend, Jionni, that he witnessed she and “The Situation” hooking up — a story line that was heavily followed during season four in Florence.

“I think in Italy it was all drama because we missed home and obviously some people were stirring up unnecessary, fake rumors in the house,” Snooki told MTV News before the premiere. “So when we get back to Jersey, you’re gonna see that pan out more.”

It doesn’t seem like we’ve seen the last of “The Unit.” After the two had a heated conversation at the welcome-home party, Snooki offered an apology, which he reluctantly accepted — for now.

‘Jersey Shore’ cast kicked out of Italy

It appears not ever country is a fan of Jersey Shore. The cast seems to have overstayed their welcome as Italy will be giving them the boot June 20.

The entire case is currently in Italy taping their 4th season. I guess fans will have to wait to finally see what the cast put Italy through when the new season premieres on August 4th.

Meanwhile back in the States the Wall Street Journal wrote about the drama in Italy, essentially serving up a Tale of Two Italians story.

They wrote:

“The clash of cultures is rooted in opposing views of what it means to be Italian. Florence—the land of Michelangelo, Dante and Gucci—has always regarded itself as an emblem of Italian elegance and courtly etiquette. The Jersey Shore brand of being Italian involves more braggadocio. Revealing clothing, occasional impromptu urination, public displays of drunkenness and casual romance are the hallmarks of the “Guido” and “Guidette,” as cast members proudly call themselves on the show—even though others consider the terms derogatory.”
