Anthony divorced the mother of his twins, Jennifer Lopez in July 2011.

The maid was under the impression that the former American Idol judge complained about being disturbed, and got Pray canned. Jennifer Lopez has taken to twitter to defend her honor!

When Pray Dodaj heard that Jennifer Lopez was rooming at her place of employment, the Melia Dusseldorf in Germany, she thought she may get a chance to meet or see the star. She dished her experience to a local German newspaper, saying “I cleaned on her floor, and I am an incredibly big fan so I took all my courage and rang the bell to get an autograph. But I was rejected by two assistants at the door. A day later the cleaning company that employed me at the hotel called and said that Ms Lopez had complained. I was fired right there on the phone. Because of an autograph.’ Ouch!
When major media outlets inquired about the event to the hotel, the director, Cyrus Heydarian, says that he stands by his decision, saying, firmly, that he doesn’t tolerate employees who disrupt his guests. “She has acted contrary to the contractual arrangements and disturbed the privacy of our guests.”
When J-Lo got wind of this, she took to Twitter to clear the air. “C’mon thought you knew me better than this. Would never get anyone fired over an autograph. 1st I heard of this was on twitter. #hurtful”

We know that some stars don’t mind giving autographs, and some do, but Jennifer seems to be incredibly friendly to her fans, so I believe that the hotel director was trying to shift some blame off of himself and the hotel when axing Pray. A new televised competition that seeks to find the very best Latin American talent.
Marc Anthony, 43, debuted his new girl toy to the world on Tuesday via social media, 24-year-old Venezuelan model Shannon De Lima. On Facebook, he posted a photo of the two of them together.
“Gracias,” he wrote to accompany the photo.

“A mi @Shadelima mi estatua de libertad. Besos bebe,” Anthony wrote on Twitter Wednesday – which translates to, “To @Shadelima my statue of liberty. Kisses baby.”
Anthony’s new love has the official approval of his son Chase Muniz, who wrote on Twitter: “To all my followers and everybody on twitter follow 2012 best couple and for many more years to come @MarcAnthony and @Shadelima !!!!!”
Anthony and Jennifer Lopez, 42, split last summer after seven years of marriage. They have twins Max and Emme, who will be 4 in February.
Lopez has been dating Los Angeles-based dancer (another 24-year-old) Casper Smart since November.
Casper Smart joined Lopez and her fellow Idol judges (as well as host Ryan Seacrest) in Las Vegas Monday night for dinner at Crystals’ Social House restaurant after a taping of their hit Fox show.
Dining on Kobe steak and yellowtail jalapeno, along with a bottle of Caymus Cabernet, “[Lopez and Smart] cuddled up next to one another, exchanging a few small kisses during the dinner,” a source told PEOPLE. Adds the source: “They were all very sweet.” – Mark Gray

Hangover star Bradley Cooper was seen in Los Angeles Saturday with a woman paparazzi say is Jennifer Lopez.
A source close to Lopez says the two spent time together on Saturday. Reps for both did not respond for comment.
This isn’t the first time Lopez, 42 has been seen with the Hangover star, 37. The pair had dinner last month
at Per Se in New York City but quickly asserted that the meeting was nothing more than just business.

Singer/Actor Mark Anthony says he’s not a control freak, he supported his superstar wife’s career, and he still loves Jennifer Lopez – and always will!

That’s what the Puerto Rican singer told ABC News in an interview that is scheduled to air Thursday evening on Nightline.
After holding his tongue for weeks since the celebrity couple called it quits, Marc Anthony is now opening up about the split.
“People are trying to peg it on things because it was so shocking. It was like, it must have been something…It wasn’t something sensationalistic,” he said.
Beyond the celebrity, Marc Anthony said, like any failed marriage, it was just over.
“It was a realization on both our parts… It wasn’t shocking. These things happen,” he said.
Marc Anthony and Lopez had been married for seven years and have twins together. The two performed together in May on the finale of “American Idol,” an act that belied the unraveling of their relationship.
Still, the New York-bred singer said the split wouldn’t affect his parenting.
“I’m always going to be Daddy… And they’re used to me traveling and Jennifer traveling and, you know, we speak all the time, and try to maintain that presence,” Anthony said.
And it’s not just parenting. Marc Anthony said he wants maintain a healthy relationship with his ex-wife and remains, shall we say, fond of her.
“I’ll always love Jennifer,” he said. “I’ll always love Jennifer. She knows that.
“Jennifer’s a wonderful, wonderful woman, a wonderful mother, a wonderful friend, you know,” he added. “We understand this to be a long story. This is not a short story.”
As for the breakup, Marc Anthony didn’t go into specifics. He did, however, say that it wasn’t – as it’s been reported – that was controlling and jealous of Lopez’s success.
“I think anybody will tell you how I supported her, from day one,” he said. “I’m really, really happy for her. … We’re going to be in each other’s lives for many, many, many years, and I’m glad that our friendship is that strong. … What would make it difficult is if we didn’t get along.
“Being Puerto Rican, born and raised on the streets of New York, you go, ‘Wow, you’re still friends with your ex, man? Really? That’s weird,’” he added. “I don’t play that.”

Jennifer Lopez celebrated her 42nd birthday in Miami at Scarpetta with 16 of her closest friends and family.
It was reported that J.Lo and her entourage treated themselves to a menu of authentic Italian dishes that included spaghetti with tomato and basil, foie gras ravioli and polenta.
A source told PEOPLE, “Jennifer looked radiant in a purple and silver evening dress. And when they brought out her birthday cake after the meal, she began to sing.” The source added, “She was very happy. The whole group had a blast, staying for hours. They closed down the restaurant.”

The famous couple announced their split last week and in the new edition of Us Weekly, the American Idol Judge plans to drop all dimes on Marc’s cheating ways.
Us Weekly is reporting that the couple’s marital problems started 2 years ago when Marc Anthony allegedly cheated on Jennifer Lopez with a stewardess that he met on a private plane.
“Jennifer was going to leave him then, but Marc begged her to stay,” says their source. “They went to marriage counselling and she decided to give it another shot. He was someone she truly loved.”
The mag says the reason they eventually split was due to Marc’s jealousy of J-Lo’s career, controlling ways and “unfounded paranoia about her and other men”.
In a recent interview on BBC Radio, Jennifer Lopez was very non-committal about her future on American Idol, saying that she was unsure if she’ll return to the show.
“I don’t know. I haven’t been forced to make a decision and I’m glad about that because honestly I’m very on the fence about it,” the newbie judge told Scott Mills of BBC. “I had an amazing time doing it and I loved it but I have a lot other things happening, and it’s going to come down to me making a choice of what I want to do for the next year and we’re not really at the breaking point of ‘You have to make a decision right now!’ I’m just really enjoying the time of just waiting and seeing.”
