Pregnancy rumors spiked on Tuesday when the 31 year old super star canceled her European concert, siting at the time that it was due to dehydration and exhaustion.
The next day, she posted a handwritten apology on her Facebook page writing, “I’m feeling much better now and I’m ready to give you a great show.”
The singer and her rapper husband Jay Z, 43 have one daughter, the lovely Blue.
Video News by NewsLook While rumors continue to swirl that Beyonce is pregnant with her second child, the singing superstar is adding fuel to the fire by canceling tonight’s Belgium concert.
A photo dating back to 1939 has many wondering if Jay-Zis a time traveler. I know it’s absurd but the picture below does bare an uncanny resemblance to Hova — he even appears to have a lil bit of Jay Z’s swag.
The name of the subject is unknown, if you can put a (real) name on the young man, let us know.
On top of all the new rumors the rapper is also said to be attached to the Illuminati.
However, just so ya’ll know it’s highly unlikely that the “secretive society” would allow a hip hop star to join their ranks. Especially since members of the Illuminati are the top players on the international playground, basically belonging to thirteen of the wealthiest families in the world. They are the men who rule the world from behind the scenes. They are the real decision makers, who make up the rules for presidents and governments to follow and they are often held from public scrutiny, as their actions can’t stand scrutiny. They are connected by bloodlines going back thousands of years. Jay Z may be hip hop royalty, but he is not Illuminati, just so you know….not sure if I am discounting him being a time-traveler though..lol. Be sure to check back here later…

When I think of hip hop…I must say its all about the Doo Wop. That type of harmony with musical qualities, stylized rhythmic sounds and a vast amount of vocal parts, providing authentic context. Hip hop is a culture — epitomizing resistance and struggle and can be used as a bridge to learn other things like literary interpretations, history, life, science and is a mnemonic device that can once again be used to facilitate learning. That’s pretty significant, right?
Well in light of it all, Rolling Stone is celebrating the genre in a big way, featuring a cover honoring some of the hottest rap acts of all time.
Editors of the magazine polled 33 blue-ribbon artists such as; Talib Kweli, MC Lyte, Q-Tip, Nas, Jermaine Dupri, Rick Rubin, Luther Campbell, Busta Rhymes amongst others — all sharing what their favorite hip-hop track was. Record producers, industry professionals and music journalists also chimed in.
Notorious B.I.G.,Tupac,Eminem and H.O.V.A aka Jay-Z– make up the top 4, and will grace the front of Rolling Stone commemorating the ‘honor.’

As to the list… well I for one was surprised that hip hop legends such as Lauryn Hill, Whodini, Gangstarr, Scarface, Special Ed’s I Got it Made, and Digital Undergrounddid NOT make the lists top 10.
A quick reminder to Rolling Stone, and let’s just sum it up with “The Miseducationof Lauryn Hill.” The singer, songwriter, actress, producer, mother, etc etc etc, is a 5 time Grammy Award winning artist, including the prized Album of the Year and Best New Artist, for the critically acclaimed 1998 album that launched her solo career following her work with the Fugees.
Miseducation has also been a commercial success, with over seven million sales in the U.S. by the end of 2010. The fan favorite, to this day, is praised for her rich lyrical themes, earning the singer a place among the greatest albums of the 1990s, and potentially the greatest album of all time.
The multifaceted diva jumps from old roots reggae to contemporary R&B, and from soul to hip hop and gospel, and to rhythmically delivered spoken poetry…all of it can be summed up in 2 words, “purely Laurynhillesque.”
The Fugees singer has cemented her unique sound in her fan’s ears and souls for a lifetime.
“Could You Be Loved,” and “Doo Wop (That Thing),” has kept most of us…well….yearning for more groundbreaking and transformative rap music… that reaches our youth.
The verdict?
‘It was the hip hop artists, producers and other industry taste-makers that decided the vote,”….so I digress…a tad bit.
Notably, the list is definitely lacking….Rolling Stone… is dubiously miseducated.. or are we?! In any case, true hip hop enthusiasts want to relate and yearn for artists who don’t shy away from truth.
True hip hop has merit and is built on vocal harmony and yes….doo-wop too. So when these hip-hop pundits talk…do people really listen?

Ahmir “Questlove” Thompson shared his perspective on hip hop with the mag, “I was eight years old when “Rapper’s Delight” made its world premiere on Philadelphia radio. It happened at 8:24 p.m. on a Thursday, after a dinner of porgies, string beans and creamed corn. Me and my sister, Donn, were sneaking a listen of the local soul station while washing dishes when an army of percussion and a syncopated Latin piano line came out of my grandma’s JVC clock radio – what appeared to be Chic’s “Good Times.” How was I to know that my world would come crashing down in a matter of 5, 4, 3, 2 ,
“These sounds had incredible power if you grew up with hip-hop: There was the summer I spent trying to match the mix to “The Adventures of Grandmaster Flash on the Wheels of Steel,” note for note, on two Fisher-Price turntables. (My father, unimpressed, told me, “There ain’t a living spinning other people’s music” – little did you know, Dad, little did you know.) There were so many times when a song premiere could stop you in your tracks, then become a subject of discussion for the next four hours: in the high school lunchroom when me and Black Thought heard “Wrath of Kane” for the first time, or my first listen to “Fight the Power” – it sounded like Pharoah Sanders and Rahsaan Roland Kirk had gotten into a knife fight.”
The highest-charting female rapper on the list is Missy Elliott, whose “Get Your Freak On” came in at No. 38.
The full list of 50 hip-hop songs will appear in the latest issue of Rolling Stone, which hits stands today, Dec. 7.
Check out Rolling Stones list of top 10 songs of all time:
1. “The Message” – Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five
2. “Rapper’s Delight” – Sugarhill Gang
3. “Planet Rock” – Afrika Bambaataa & the Soul Sonic Force
4. “Sucker M.C.’s” – Run-DMC
5. “Mind Playing Tricks on Me” – Geto Boys
6. “Nuthin’ But a ‘G’ Thang” – Dr. Dre feat. Snoop Doggy Dogg

Here are a couple reasons why we think so….feel free to add yours in comments below!
In the past year the rapper welcomed his first child, Blue Ivy Carter, partnered up with pal Kanye West for an epic Watch The Throne tour and the opening of Brooklyn’s Barclay’s Center — the new official home court of the Brooklyn Nets, in which he owns a minority stake.
Hova and his wife-of-five-years Beyonce, also cemented their status as hip-hop’s royal couple when they raised $4 million for President Obama’s re-election campaign at the Jay-Z-owned club, 40/40, in the fall.
Way to go Jay Z! Happy Birthday from EOTM! Online!!!
Hip hop icon Dr. Dre has topped Forbes‘ 2012 list of highest-paid musician. The hip-hop mogul earned a reported $110 million thanks largely to selling a 51 percent stake in his Beats headphone company.
Rihanna brought in an estimated $53 million, followed by Lady Gaga, who earned $52 million.
Diddy raked in an estimated $45 million, followed by Katy Perry with $45 million. Power couple Beyoncé ($40 million) and Jay-Z ($38 million) will surely be able to spoil Blue Ivy with their combined earnings.
The new Forbes top 10 is as follows:
1) Dr. Dre – $110 million
2) Roger Waters – $88 million
3) Elton John – $80 million
4) U2 – $78 million
5) Take That – $69 million
6) Bon Jovi – $60 million
7) Britney Spears – $58 million Paul McCartney and Taylor Swift – $57 million
10) Justin Bieber and Toby Keith – $55 million
Beyonce and Jay-Z have lost their bid to trademark daughter Blue Ivy’s name. A judge rejected the music super couple’s request, as a party planning company in Boston has been using the name since 2009. Bey reportedly wanted to open up a children’s boutique with her daughter’s moniker.
West opened up the show with G.O.O.D. music group, which included Big Sean, Pusha T and 2 Chainz. Moments later, Samuel L. Jackson, the show’s host, was joined by Spike Lee as they did a comedic version of Jay-Z and West’s hit song ” In Paris.”
The most anticipated moment of the night was the tribute to Whitney Houston. Led by her mother, Cissy Houston, the emotional segment saw Mariah Carey and Houston’s castmates from “Waiting To Exhale” musing about their bond.
Monica and Brandy also gave show-stopping performances before Houston’s mother performed “Bridge Over Troubled Water” in front of a large graphic of her and her daughter singing together. She, and the audience, shed tears.
The moving tribute came after a performance by gospel artist Yolanda Adams, who had some words of wisdom for artists in the wake of Houston’s death.
“We need all of y’all.… I’m saying the world. Please make sure you’re using your gift responsibly, wisely. We’re all watching,” she said as she clutched her trophy for best gospel artist.
It was all innocent…really..before you block her …keep reading.

It all started Friday night as the Shakespeare In Love star was partying on location of Jay Z and Kanye’s Watch The Throne concert in Paris, when Paltrow tweeted a photo with the message, “Ni**as in paris for real.” See photo below.
The comment prompted some fans to attack Paltrow for using the racial slur, which sparked debate on numerous blogs - but the actress has brushed off the controversy and called for critics to calm down.
Singer, The Dream later came to Paltrow’s defense. “WE GIVE THE WORD TO MUCH POWER!” he wrote on his Twitter page.
“As an African American person, I agree that Paltrow’s use of the N-word was inappropriate. But I believe I understand why she thought making the reference was okay.”
The hip-hop couple shared their first baby photos via Jay-Z’s Web site, Life + Times.
Take a look at more pics of Blue Ivy now, which are accompanied by a handwritten note that says, “We welcome you to share in our joy. Thank you for respecting our privacy during this beautiful time in our lives. The Carter Family.”

Celebrating husband Jay-Z’s double concert dates at Carnegie Hall, the new mom, 30, made her first public appearance in an orange, hip-hugging Alice Temperly dress – and a pair of towering Christian Louboutins, no less – that showed off her post-baby bod.
“It was amazing,” she told New York’s Daily News Monday night of her husband’s debut show (benefiting his Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation and the United Way), which included an emotional performance of the song that features his newborn.
“I ain’t think I was gonna make it through that one,” Jay-Z, 42, told the audience after performing “Glory,” which concludes with the cries of a 2-day-old Blue Ivy.
A smiley Beyoncé was spotted heading into the after party at the 40/40 Club, arriving 20 minutes after hubby Jay-Z.
