Halle Berry Pregnant With Olivier Martinez’s Child: and its a Boy!

Breaking baby news: Halle Berry’s rep confirmed the actress is expecting a bundle of joy with fiance, Oliver Martinez. This makes baby number two for the Oscar winning actress and according to US Weekly, its a boy!

TMZ was first to break the news, reporting that she was about 3 months prego. Berry has a 5 year old daughter, Nahla, with her ex, Gabriel Aubry.

BEVERLY HILLS, CA – Academy Award® winners Halle Berry, Sandra Bullock, Nicole Kidman and Reese Witherspoon will present on the Oscar telecast, show producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron announced today. All four have previously won the award for Best Actress.

Berry won the award for her performance in “Monster’s Ball” (2001), Bullock for “The Blind Side” (2009), Kidman for “The Hours” (2002) and Witherspoon for “Walk the Line” (2005).

Breaking News: Halle Berry Rushed to Hospital

Oscar winning actress Halle Berry was injured on the set of her new film,“The Hive,” last night in Los Angeles. According to TMZ, she hit her head on concrete was rushed to Cedars Sinai Medical Center where she was treated and released.

The Hive” is a thriller starring Berry as a 911 operator working to save the life of a young girl, played by Abigail Breslin. The film is directed by Brad Anderson.

The set was shut down after Berry’s accident according to, X17online.com reports.

Berry’s rep told Liveline Live that the actress is fine.

“Halle Berry suffered a minor head injury while shooting a fight sequence on the set of her film, The Hive. She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released. She’ll continue production as planned.”

Halle Berry and actor Olivier Martinez are planning a south African ceremony for their upcoming wedding.

The Belfast Telegraph reports that Berry and Martinez are planning to marry in Cape Town, South Africa, where they first met on the set of their movie “Dark Tide.”

“They want to have the ceremony and reception on a huge yacht in False Bay. They’re finalizing a lot of the details now, like who’s going to design the dress.”

The 45-year-old Oscar winner had vowed never to wed again but could not refuse the French actor’s proposal.

“It’s obvious to everyone that they have finally found the right one this time,” the source said. “It’s especially exciting for Olivier, who has never been married before.”

“Olivier doesn’t have any children, and he desperately hopes it’s not too late for them to have a baby together. Halle wants it to happen too!”

The Oscar-winning actress is still battling ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry for custody of their daughter, 4-year-old Nahla. She was recently ordered to pay Aubry $20,000 a month in child support, TMZ reported Wednesday.

French actor Olivier Martinez told The Miami Herald this week that he is, in fact, engaged to Oscar-winner Halle Berry.

“Yes, of course it’s true,” he told the Florida paper while promoting his new South Beach restaurant.

Gossip columns had been speculating about the couple’s status for weeks, as Berry had been spotted wearing an emerald and gold ring.

This will be Berry’s third marriage. She was previously married to baseball player David Justice and then to singer Eric Benet. She has a three-year-old daughter, Nahla, with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry.

Gabriel Aubry is being investigated for criminal child endangerment and battery after an altercation with his daughter, Nahla’s nanny, according to TMZ.

According to a police report obtained by the site Gabriel allegedly pushed the nanny into a door while she was holding Nahla.

The situation occurred after Gabriel was suppose to take Nahla to school on Wednesday but for some reason not disclosed he decided to keep the child home. The nanny whom works for both parents went to school to pick up the child only to find out she was a no show. According to the report the nanny made her way to Gabriel’s home and began questioning the father on why the child did not attend school. The nanny claims Gabriel then went into a rage barking,” You’re the f**cking nanny! Who do you think you are!? You are nobody, you don’t need to know a f**cking thing!” At that point the nanny claims Gabriel then pushed her out the door while she was holding Nahla.

The nanny has filed a report claiming she was injured. The report lists the investigation as a battery, however TMZ says police officials are “definitely investigating child endangerment.”
