In a recent interview with MTV, superstar Lil Wayne revealed that he plans to retire after the release of his album “Tha Carter V.” The hip hop icon has been on the rap scene since he was eight years old .
The young hip hop star has since established his own company, Young Money Entertainment, which boasts major artists Drake, Nicki Minaj and Christina Milian.
“Tha Carter V” won’t be released in the near future. First his upcoming album “I Am Not a Human Being II” will hit stores on February 19, 2013. “Tha Carter V,” Wayne’s 11th and possibly final CD, will follow that.
As for what Wayne would do if and when he leaves the music biz, the rap mogul says he’d be a sports analyst and skate all day instead of being in the studio. Sounds like a plan.
