Assistant Coroner Chief Ed Winter, with the Los Angeles Coroners office has ruled actor Michael Clarke Duncan’s death ‘natural causes.’
The ‘Gentle Giant’ suffered cardiac arrest at his home in Los Angeles on July 12th and passed away on September 3rd.
Duncan’s former co-stars ,Tom Hanks, Gary Sinise and Bruce Willis are among the famous faces who paid tribute to the actor following his death.
Hanks said, ‘I am terribly saddened at the loss of Big Mike. He was the treasure we all discovered on the set of ‘The Green Mile’. He was magic. He was a big love of man and his passing leaves us stunned.’
Duncan received an Oscar nomination for his performance in Green Mile
. He has also appeared in “Armageddon,” “The Scorpion King,” and “Sin City,” to name a few.
