Beyoncé had something to prove at today’s Super Bowl halftime show – that she could in fact sing live….but we already knew that. The superstar performed for over 70,000 people at the Superdome in New Orleans and for over 100 million people watching the Super Bowl at home.

There was major hype behind her performance claiming it would deliver the most memorable Super Bowl halftime show we are likely to see in our lifetimes.
How was it? Well — she did her thing! You uhmmm….well had to be there to get the full effect! I haven’t seen a halftime show quite like it ever before. Bey hit the stage singing some of her greatest hits including “Love on Top,” Crazy in Love,” “End of Time,” and “Baby Boy.” Later her Destiny Child band mates Kelly and Michelle joined Beyonce on stage for a super cute performance…..but it was over way too soon.
Beyoncé is still running the world — girls…despite the pundits.

What a slutty performance – totally inappropriate for half-time venue. I’m so glad I don’t have a daughter or granddaughter who thinks they need to look or act like that to prove their value. What a disappointing role model for our young women of today.
