Cee Lo Green denies Los Angeles Woman Sexual Assault Allegations

A Los Angeles woman is accusing singer and ‘Voice’ judge Cee Lo Green of sexual battery.

Singer and “The Voice” mentor Cee Lo Green, 38, whose real name is Thomas DeCarlo Callaway has been accused of sexual assault by a unnamed Los Angeles woman.

Details of the alleged incident and the identity of the accuser have not yet been identified, but TMZ reports that detectives on the case have already visited a restaurant in Downtown Los Angeles that is believed to have connections to the case.

Green has publicly dismissed the accusations denying any wrongdoing and even pointing out that he hasn’t been to the restaurant in question, in three months.

“Nothing ever happened there or anywhere else,” Green told TMZ.

A source close to Green adds, “I have never seen Cee Lo act in a physical way toward anybody.”

Previously in an interview with Blender.com, Green has admitted to once having a dark side. “I was a kleptomaniac, pyromaniac, just a plain maniac. I was enraged without an outlet. I was aggressive and … took pride in that. I was saved because of my association with music. Music truly did calm a savage beast,” he said .
