This week’s guest hails from the sunny city of Los Angeles; book author Michael McGrew will hang out at “The Kick it Spot” where he will share about his past novels “My Kinda Girl” and “Taking Losses”.  His first novel, “My Kinda Girl” received wide acclaim and earned him respect as a rising star in the literary industry.  Selling over 7000 copies independently, Michael saw the potential in picking up writing as a profession and focused on becoming a successful publisher. Combining his love for storytelling with his marketing niche, he started Legacy Publishing Group LLC.

Michael McGrew is an ambitious and clever writer who sets trends instead of following them and has definitely found his home as a publisher and business man.  To describe him in one word you would have to say, “Visionary”.  Naturally born with a gift in storytelling, writing a gripping novel is a walk in the park for this Los Angeles native.

Most recently this dynamic writer has release his third novel entitled “Room 111”.  With co-author Kiesha Hakeem, McGrew tells a griping story of a successful music artist forced to deal with the politics of entertainment and Raquan quickly learns what happens in the industry stays in the industry.
