A minute-long sex tape featuring Hulk Hogan and a woman who appears to be the ex-wife of the wrestler’s best friend, a Tampa, Fla.,-based radio personality known as Bubba the Love Sponge, has been posted on Gawker.com for all the world to see.

Word of the tape’s existence was leaked earlier this year and was reportedly shopped around to at least one porn studio.
Hogan is preparing to launch a legal battle over this and his lawyer says that anyone showing footage from the tape “will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.”
The wrestling legend does not appear to be aware that the tape was being shot and early in the video after Hogan engages in the sex act with the woman, a man off-camera tells the couple to “do your thing,” and apparently leaves.

Hogan’s Ex – Linda Hogan was arrested yesterday (Thursday) in Malibu for a DUI but says it has nothing to do with the sex tape. The reality TV star, 53, was stopped for speeding around 1:30 a.m. and registered a blood alcohol of 0.084, her lawyer told the Daily News.
The lawyer went on to say she’d been hospitalized two days prior for an e coli infection and was on antibiotics, which exacerbated the effects of the champagne she drank at a jewelry event hours earlier.

Linda’s rep told TMZ that the 53-year-old been drinking bubbly on an empty stomach at a jewelry event, and it reacted with antibiotics she’d been taking, magnifying the effects of the alcohol. Her blood alcohol level was allegedly 0.084, the website said, just over the 0.08 legal limit.
“She regrets it. She’s a mom, so she’s embarrassed about it,” lawyer Raymond Rafool told The News. “She’s just thankful it wasn’t worse and thankful nobody got hurt. The police were all very nice. It wasn’t a scene at all. It was anticlimactic.”
