Lindsay Lohan Arrested in NYC for Allegedly Leaving Scene of Accident (via NewsLook)

Lindsay Lohan has been arrested in New York City for allegedly leaving the scene of the accident. According to the NYPD, Lohan supposedly struck a man outside the Dream Hotel in the Meatpacking District and then walked into the hotel.
