Presidential hopeful Mitt Romney campaign is at a crossroads…or at least according to some… it should be after comments he made, that were secretly taped, depicting him as being out of touch with average Americans.

Romney was caught telling his donors that nearly half of Americans back President Barack Obama because they rely on government support.

This new video speaks volumes to the hundreds of thousands of US citizens that may have already felt unsure of the shaky politician.
“There are 47 percent of the people who will vote for the president no matter what,” Romney says in one clip first posted on Monday afternoon. “There are 47 percent who are with him, who are dependent on government, who believe that, that they are victims, who believe that government has the responsibility to care for them. Who believe that they are entitled to health care, to food, to housing.”
“My job is not to worry about those people,” he said. “I’ll never convince them they should take personal responsibility and care for their lives.”
In an interview on Fox News earlier today Romney did not back down from the comments leaked. He did however say, “We were, of course, talking about a campaign and about how he’s [President Barack Obama's] going to get half the vote, and frankly we have two very different views of America.”
So…if you were expecting an apology from Romney you better NOT hold your breath….he has offered up none as you see.
According to the new polls for the 2012 General election President Obama is at 47.3% and Mitt Romney is at 45.9% . Interesting enough, Romney has moved up in the polls today.
