Twilight’s heartthrob Robert Pattinson will speak for the first time since ex Kristen Stewart was outed for cheating with Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders.

It’s back to business for the actor as he fulfills promises to promote his new film Cosmopolis before it opens in New York and Los Angeles on August 17th. Pattinson is set to grace Good Morning America on August 15th whereas he may in fact break his silence, at least according to E! News. Regardless, if he speaks of the illicit affair or not, we are pretty sure Twihards will be happy to see him talking…at least about one of his first loves… again….“acting”.

Pattinson has been pretty much invisible since the scandal first broke on July 24th.
Sightings in London shortly thereafter turned out to be cases of mistaken identity, but over the weekend, Pattinson was allegedly spotted at the Deer Lodge in Ojai, either having a few brews and smokes with the boys, or partying his face off, depending on where you read about it.
While Summit Entertainment has said the current scandal won’t affect the studio’s plans to promote Breaking Dawn Part 2, in theaters Nov. 16th.
