Nearly three weeks after Randy Travis was arrested for drunk driving, a truck owned by the country singer was found wrecked and abandoned in a field in Texas, according to the Dallas Morning News.

A pickup truck was found wrecked and abandoned behind a Walmart store near Dallas, but the singer’s attorney says, “He hasn’t been in that truck or seen that truck in about three months.” In an interview with The Dallas Morning News, Larry Friedman said an employee on Travis’ ranch had been using the truck and that the singer will determine the circumstances that led to the vehicle being abandoned in a field in Frisco, Texas.
The truck was on its side with a dented roof and shattered windshield. No charges have been filed in connection with the truck, but it follows three high-profile incidents Travis has been involved with this year. Police said Saturday night that they are investigating the circumstances leading to how the Chevrolet ended up on its side in a field. The vehicle was also found with a shattered window, dented roof and broken taillight.

In February, he was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of suspicion of public intoxication after he was found with an open bottle of wine outside a Baptist church in Sanger, Texas. Earlier this month, he was arrested for alleged drunk driving and threatening law enforcement officers after wrecking his car in a construction area near his ranch. On Thursday (Aug. 23), he was issued a citation for simple assault following an altercation with a man on the parking lot of another Baptist church in Plano, Texas.
