Madonna recently used a swastika while performing at her concert in France, the image was superimposed over the forehead of Marine Le Pen as part of a montage that also showed Madonna with a Hitler mustache.

In June, Le Pen warned Madonna not to use the image in France after she pulled the same stunt at a concert in Tel Aviv, Israel.

The ‘Like a Virgin’ singer will in fact be sued by France’s National Party for featuring the image.  A spokesman for Le Pen told Rolling Stone Magazine that she did not appreciate the not so subtle comparison and that  a public insult lawsuit will be filed in Paris in a few days.

“We are obliged to react because Marine Le Pen has been accused in a very serious manner,” National Front spokesman Florian Philippot said in an interview with Le JDD. “But what seems to me even more serious is the trivialization of Nazism, of something that is horrible. They are, after all, diffusing images of Hitler during a show to be provocative.”

“We cannot accept everything. We cannot accept this insulting connection. Marine Le Pen is defending her honor, but also that of party members and supporters and the millions of Front National voters.”
