On episode 7 of VH1′sLove & Hip Hop – Atlanta,”  hip hop media executive, Benzino decided to highlight his sensitive side when he brought…’breakfast to the bed’…sort to speak.

The hip hop mogul did indeed prepare  Cash Money artist/reality star Karlie Redd breakfast in bed. He also gave the special woman in his life a key to his mansion, making it known that he was ready to settle down.

Now REWIND about 7 minutes…

Redd met with her manager, Malcom Miles, and opened up on how she felt about Benzino, who in turn told her to basically ‘fall out’ of love and focus on her career.

She then had a conversation with her man, breaking down how Miles felt his [Benzino's] image within the industry reflected poorly on her career, and how if she continued to entertain this relationship, it would kill her career.

“I had a talk with Malcolm, he suggested that I stay hot, and you know, Benzino’s a little cold.”

“Benzino’s cold?” responds Benzino.

“He’s just giving me some advice about what his artist should do,” responds Karlie.

“What does this have to do with us? Not everything is about the industry …love is about what you think,” said Benzino.

Benzino opened up about how there is a fine line between love and the hip hop music industry, and that Karlie needs to find that fine line before she ends up destroying her relationship with him.

“You gotta make a decision, Karlie,” Benzino says, crying in bed alongside Karlie.

“Because I can’t live my life like this,” he adds.

How sweet…I think. What are your thoughts? Leave in comments below.

Report: NFL player O.J. Murdock kills himself

Published by EOTM News Editor on July 30th, 2012 - in Breaking News, Celebrity Deaths, Sports, Sports News

Hours after sending a number of puzzling late night text messages to former college coach, Al McCray, police say Tennessee Titans receiver O.J. Murdock,25, shot himself in an apparent suicide.

Tampa police spokeswoman Andrea Davis said officers found Murdock about 8:30 a.m. inside his car with what appeared to be self-inflicted gunshot wounds. The car was parked in front of Middleton High School, where Murdock made a name for himself as a dynamic receiver and state champion sprinter in track and field.

“In his brief time here, a number of our players, coaches and staff had grown close to O.J., and this is a difficult time for them,” the Titans said in a statement. “He spent the last year battling back from an Achilles injury as he prepared for this year’s training camp.”

McCray said when he woke up at his Kansas home on Monday he found a message on his cell phone from the player, thanking him for everything he had done for Murdock and his family. The athlete concluded the text with an apology that baffled McCray, who said he had known the 25-year-old since Murdock was in middle school.

“I spoke to him a week ago, and he was so excited about getting ready to go (to training camp). He was real happy about being able to help his mother out,” McCray recalled. “You always like to hear kids who talk about that. It brings a smile to your face to hear a young man talk about ‘Hey, I’m glad I’m able to help my mother out.’ ”

McCray was an assistant coach at Middleton when Murdock was there and later helped the player resume his college career after he was kicked off the team at South Carolina, where he was part of Steve Spurrier’s first recruiting class.

“The hardest part about this is I got a text at 3:30 in the morning, where he said: ‘Coach, I want to thank you for everything you’ve done for me and my family. It’s greatly appreciated,’ ” McCray said. “At the end, he goes: ‘I apologize.’ And I don’t know what he’s talking about. I woke up, and I’m thinking he’s apologizing because he texted me so early. … I wish he had called instead.”

Murdock never played a game in the NFL because he had been sidelined with an injury since signing as an undrafted player a year ago.

Robert Pattinson Was Weeks Away From Proposing to Kristen Stewart, Reports Say

gty robert pattinson kristen stewart thg 120725 wblog Robert Pattinson Was Weeks Away From Proposing to Kristen Stewart, Reports Say

“Twilight” heartthrob Robert Pattinson was weeks away from proposing to Kristen Stewart when news broke that the actress had cheated on him with the married director of her latest film, several published reports claim.

Stewart’s public mea culpa last week sent shock waves through the entertainment industry and fans of the blockbuster “Twilight” films. The final installment in the saga is due out in November.

Us Weekly first reported the affair between Stewart, 22, and Rupert Sanders, the 41-year-old director of “Snow White and the Huntsman.” The magazine featured a photo of Sanders kissing Stewart on its cover last week, prompting swift, abject public apologies from both.

It may not have been enough. After the news broke, moving trucks were spotted outside the home that Stewart and Pattinson shared.

According to reports, Pattinson had bought a $5 million home in Los Angeles and was planning  to propose to Stewart within weeks.

“Friends of Robert have told us that this was the woman that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with and he was actually very close to proposing when he heard about the affair,” said Dina Sansing of Us Weekly magazine.

The two starred in the “Twilight” films as the lead characters. Fans have been enamored that their on-screen romance carried over into their real lives.

Responding to rumors that he and Stewart had already tied the knot, Pattinson told Blackbook magazine in an interview published July 21 — just  days before news of the scandal broke: “No one ever knows what is true or what isn’t … It’s not. At least, not yet. But it is true that Kristen has always done something to me that others haven’t.”

Sanders, 41, is married to model Liberty Ross, 33. They have two children together.

Stewart and Pattinson, 26, have been together for three years.  Despite the current tension reportedly between them, they are expected to appear together at MTV’s Video Music Awards in September.

They’re also slated to do a promotional tour in the fall for “Breaking Dawn, Part 2,” the final film in the “Twilight” series.
