Ray J Hospitalized after dispute with the Houston Family…?

A rep for singer Ray J went on record to say the singer was taken to a Las Vegas-area hospital on Monday and “will remain there for treatment for exhaustion and jet lag.” The singer was rushed to the hospital the day after the Billboard Awards after a friend went to his room and noticed he was “out of it.” He was so “out of it,” he couldn’t even get himself out of the bed.

Ray J attended the Billboard Music Awards in Sin City and later that evening he hosted a launch party at the Rio Hotel & Casino for Prince Reigns, a hair serum product he is endorsing.

According to his rep, Ray J had just returned to the U.S. following a “quick 32-hour round trip from China” and upon landing immediately drove four hours to Las Vegas.

Sources close to the singer suggest that Ray J had a dispute with the Whitney Houston family… it seems the drama between the two parties and the jet lag had helped land Ray J in the hospital.

The verbal altercation he got into with Pat Houston at the Billboard Awards was reportedly due to the fact that Ray J was seated a little too close to the Houston family. The family demanded he moved and things escalated.

  1. There was no dispute w/ the family; the dispute was w/ show producers. Kevin Frasier of The Insider reports that he spoke directly w/ Pat Wilson and she says that she asked security to stand down and that Ray did not have to move. Kevin reported this on The Tom Joyner Morning Show, so if he its lying, then millions heard him lie Tuesday morning…

I suggest getting him to say it again and see if his report changes b/c he says so few peeps can get a direct quote from Pat Wilson and he is one off the few..
